I appreciated how my A/C tech, Tyler, spent significant extra time checking out a noise issue with my outdoor condenser unit causing disturbed sleep. My concern was taken seriously and a solution is being pursued. Can't ask more than that.

Arrived for ac check today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, it is passing. Blower wheel is getting dirty and I recommend getting it cleaned soon. Blower motor amps are within range. I changed the filter with one you had. There is a 23 degree temp split which is good. At the outdoor unit, the coil was caked in dirt and debris. I cleaned it. Pressures and charge looked good. Compressor and fans amps are within range. Capacitor read within range. Today you signed up on our membership! System is running upon departure. We’ll see you in the fall. Thanks for choosing LBA.
Reviewed electrical prior to install
Dispatched for annual AC tuneup. At arrival system is operating. During the tuneup, I checked compressor, fan and capacitor. Also, during the inspection we checked pressures, static pressure, and temperature split. All components of the AC are all operating with manufacturer specs. After a thorough inspection of the zone system, it has a faulty damper motor for the zone system. The damper is stuck open and is cooling the main floor living area. Also the system duct work is creating condensation. To help prevent this issue is to add a whole home dehumidifier . Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in cool. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Refrigerant levels are passing within range. Temp split if good for system. Did replace filter and cleaned condenser unit. Evaporator coil has no rust and is clean as well. Today I showed up to thrift world to evaluate removal of 4 RTU to check if they had refrigerant and all systems our flat need 4 2 inch blanks for electrical boxes.

Price includes the factory replacement parts and labor. Repairs covered by a one year parts and labor warranty. Price includes sales tax if applicable. Replaced heat exchanger and circuit board and mixing valve and still had error codes. Talked to tech support. They are sending in a completely new unit.
